İSAM President Prof. Dr. Murteza Bedir and Vice President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yaşar Çolak, who participated the 19th International Muslim Forum in Moscow, signed a collaboration protocol with the Religious Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation and the Russian Muftis Council's Moscow Islamic Institute regarding the publication of the Russian translation of the Concise Encyclopedia of Islam.

The protocol anticipates the publication of the Concise Encyclopedia of Islam, which has been translated into Russian by İSAM, in the Russian Federation in 2024 and its online publication in Turkey. The encyclopedia, first published in Turkey in 2019 in 8 volumes, comprehensively addresses the fundamental beliefs and behavioral rules of the Islamic religion, prominent figures and institutions in Islamic history, and key issues related to Islamic culture and civilization, accompanied by informative drawings and infographics.
